Rotational Poly-Ethylene Molding...
A key to KleenRite Equipment's success is the scope of what we do on site in the creation of our products. On top of the metal, machine work and the casting we do in the foundry , KleenRite uses a process called rotational poly-ethylene molding, also known as rotomolding to create the tough and durable shells that house our machines.
Pictured above is our new rotomold appliance. The machine is an 18-foot tall structure which contains an oven chamber with the internal volume of 3 cars and reaches over 600 degrees!
