Shipping

Most orders will be shipped and processed in 24 to 48 hours.  All orders will ship from our Madera, CA location. We primarily ship all orders UPS Ground which can take 5 to 6 working days to reach the east coast. Faster service is available for an additional charge. Common truck carriers are used for machines and large orders. C.O.D. charges will be extra if required. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped out the following business day. While we try to keep back-orders minimal, they are possible.

Returns
If for some reason you need to return a product it must be returned in "as new condition". KleenRite Equipment has the right to decide if the returned item is in "as new condition." KleenRite Equipment is not responsible for freight charges on any returned items. All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All items being returned must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-241-4865 for a Return Authorization number.

Damages

Any damages or missing items found must be reported to the shipping carrier.
